Custom seats

Hi all, I'm looking for some help. Does anyone know if the drivers/passenger seats are interchangeable with the correct side plastic covers. If not fully interchangeable would the back rest be the same on a drivers seat as the passenger seat I know the arm rest would be on the wrong side but that matters not.
