Do you think they might notice my friendly gestures?

Klunts. :D

Yes these are the pictures I sent to appeal the PCN. Along with a simple statement:

I had a permit.

Where is the permit displayed?

Edit:It's all done electronically? What does the ticket say, reason for issue?

If it's Westminster (looks like it) you used to have to print out the tradesmans' permit (I have assumed that's what you mean) and put it on the dashboard.

May have changed, but that's what it used to be. You arrange the permit in advance and then print it out. Having a permit isn't the same as having one and displaying it on the dashboard.....

Islington has gone digital, so they just pop the reg into their little box of tricks and it tells them if you've paid/have a permit. That's why I'm wondering what the ticket has been issued for.

I'm guessing that as his digital ticket didn't show on the box of tricks, it has to be issued as ticket not displayed?

I had it once with Ringo, they sorted it for me very quickly once I'd alerted them.
