Bike Rack

Does anyone know of a bike rack that will fit a Ford Custom with double rear doors. I can only find one that fits a Custom with a tailgate.

I have the maxxraxx 5 bike carrier but like all carriers that can deal with weight it is tow bar mounted. I don't have a tow bar on this van so I will be selling it but it works really well on previous cars/van with tow bar. It doesn't actually use the tow ball so it leaves it free to tow and can be lowered away from upright to enable access to rear.
