Radio onto leisure battery

Postby Jimmyrn85 » Tue Jul 25, 2017 7:00 pm

Hi guys,

Had a quick look through the forum couldn't find much.
How big a job is it to connect the standard radio 12v to a leisure battery rather than the normal one? In an ideal world I'll have everything I use when camping running off the leisure battery... At the moment I park up and I'm playing the radio worried that after hours of use the main battery will take a hammering.

Cheers for any input.

As an alternative have you thought about using a smartphone bluetoothed with a stereo bluetooth speaker :?:
Hardly uses any power from either device. Got to be a winner.
