2nd Year / 30k service....

Out of curiosity what does the 2nd year / 30k service consist of?
Dash just says oil change required!

Its had the pre-delivery check but didnt have the interim check, (just 2yr's old / 22k miles)

And whats the average cost via a stealer?

just had mine done. £285 inc vat but that included on my request that the fuel filter also be done and also another year of AA cover.

2 gallon of Ford oil and a steel oil filter about 42 pounds.

What's 285 pounds for?

do they still only do the fuel filter on request like the mk7?

Yes on request for 30 shelkels extra not bad really? 20 for the filter and a tenner to the monkey

ford recovery is service activated so you only get a year if you do less than 15k miles init

Mine is December 2015 and 9k miles now, i changed oil and fuel filters and oil myself bought from Ford but I'm the monkey, no Ford stamp tho might make a loot stamp up

Probably got no warranty and my van only worth about 6000 pounds now tho.

Still, mustn't cry over it.

Well I thought its only once a year or so you get your recovery for Europe thats around 80 shelkels
Some c***s won't buy without a service history
Just look when someone on here posts "I am going to look at a van what should I look for"

Don't know why I bother though I usually use a van till I've almost killed it and the service history isn't important
