Turbo reliability on 2.2

Hi, i have a question, those with the 2.2 euro5 engine, have you had turbo actuator failures?
Because here in Malta ALL mk8 minibuses with the 2.2 engine rwd have had there turbos replaced under warranty due to the actuator failing. I'm asking here because to my knowledge the 2.2 in the custom is the same as the 2.2 found in the mk8 vans/minibuses.

Apart form a vacuum hose failure, mines been perfect.

Had my turbo replaced at 76k. I believe the actuator is attached to the turbo so you have to replace the whole unit?

I have just replaced an engine because the turbo failed

2.2 rwd euro 5 and this is its second engine

and I think the dpf is back pressuring and shearing the shaft

the cat and dpf are restricting the power of the engine when it is trying to exhaust
