Rear bumper surrounds replacement

I'm looking to replace my rear bumper surrounds on transit custom , where are the bolts to remove and take off please

Question for you. I want to get the black grille part out of the middle of the bumper to get access behind. Part 17B968 on the front bumper image.

If I remove the 2x hm4 large bolts in the middle would that let the grille section come out or does the whole bumper have to come off to do this?
