Speed limits

Hi can anybody make sense of speed limits for custom people carriers, getting a wheelchair adapted turneo in January. Some sites say van limits apply some say car limits apply cheers for any help

Custom Tourneo follow same speed limits as cars.
Only Vans & DCIV (Double cab in van) follow lower speed limits
