I'm lucky if I get 2 weeks out of mine before the BIG RED Nadda and limp mode  .

Now I always keep a spare at home and take one with me if on a long journey or Hols

Oddly been out in it today and no sign of any warnings, luckily I dont need to use it this week now and its going back to where I got it for a towbar next weekend so will speak to them about it, definately got there stamp in the service book when I bought it so hoping it was a bit of crud or something.

I've driven around for a month or so with the msg coming and going, never went into limp mode or worse.

hi had the same message on my 14 plate with 20000 miles on it .i just released a little pressure on the drain valve on the fuel filter. it blasted a little water out when i did it . retightened the plastic screw and i had no more fault messages again. hope this helps you.

I had this on my mk8 jumbo ,it came on 5,000 miles after full service, it went off whenever engine was switched off but would come back on over 65mph , it was fixed by ford with new filter but warranty didn't cover it :(

I Had this last year several times it never had any effect on performance or reliability so I left until it was serviced in May, the dealer drained a bit of fuel through and it's been alright for 10k miles until today that is when it came on twice. I will have to drain it myself at the weekend I think it might be something to do with the climate damp weather / condensation/ more water in the fuel etc.

Mines been coming on for last 6 months, no issues so will leave Until the next service, because my dealer insists I drop the van off at 8.00 am and might start to look at it around 3.00pm and tell me it needs booking in again as parts are required
