If you get really desperate a mate of mine made is own he cut two steel plates one to bolt to the seat and one to bolt to seat box got a local machine shop to turn a nylon ring or about six inch diameter a 24 mil hole in the centre and on the outside of the ring six holes drilled with clearance hole for steel ball bearings to sit in and the thickness of the ring machine just enough clearance to rotate when all bolted together with a 24 mil bolt for locking it up in the driving position he drilled a 8 mil hole in both plates and then got a 8 mil Allan key bolt welded a Allen key into the bolt to hold onto and then used a wing nut to bolt it up to lock the seat I have used this method of locking my seat swivels after snapping off the level when I dropped one when fitting them this made it more secure and less wobbly the the outher one so done the same with drivers one
