That is a very good point as they are there just to sell it to you.

Very nice. I wasn't sure about the new look of the front end at first but seen a few now out and about and it hasn't taken long for it to grow on me.
Brave colour choice...
Hopefully get mine next week as had a email from the dealer saying there compound have had delivery of it.

Finally got a build date end of May is a long wait but at least we are getting somewhere.

It lost all it's radiator water. A fault came up on the dash and it went into limp mode.
The AA found the pipes going into the cabin for the heater completely disconnected.
There are spring clips on these pipes that have had never been done up?!?!
He fixed all this got some water in it and it seemed fine. Drove around 100m yesterday got back late.
Have looked this morning before driving off and guess what? No water in radiator bottle?
I am not a happy man!
Obviously the problem is deeper or there is more than one problem.......

Nice colour that. It's so annoying when you get problems on a brand new vehicle and to think it came like that from the production line. What else has been missed? If it was me I would be wanting an exchange as losing your water is a pretty big issue. It reminds me of a customer's van driving home from my local f@rd dealership after a front end repaired and it overheated so he called out ford assist and guess what they hadn't put the fuc#ing radiator back in

First post ever after lurking for 3 years. Just sold my 125 270 after 3 years and 26000 miles of trouble free motoring in my Limited. Loved it and cherished it but she has gone to new owner. Serviced eveey 12 months from new and never been back to dealer for anything in between. Updates and oil cap recall done at service and never paid more than £150 inc for a service at Benfield Ford.
New Custom due next week - currently stuck at Southampton docks. Gone for Limited again and really hope it proves to be as reliable. Tempted with auto but could not wait.

It's in the garage at the moment.
They are goimg to check it over . Do pressure tests on coolant system ect. Hope to have it back on friday.
All being well it will get a first wash and I will get some pictures when clean.
Other than this happening i am very pleased .
Any improvements ford have made are improvements.
Only thing I don't like is the open dash pockets across the top.
It would have been nice if these had lids on.
I just won't use them...

That's nought that soft lads
I used to deliver new wagons from Leyland to the post office loads had bits missing and not working
Heaters, windscreen wipers ,sterling wheels ,engines
If you get another it might be worse
