Plugs were cleaned up by prising off the white terminal cover, then using a fibreglass pencil and some switch cleaner.
No need to remove all of the dash to do this job, just the lower right hand panel. The door loom(van side) runs to the pillar over the top of the wheel arch, you need to feed this through a bit once you have disconnected the loom socket from the door pillar. The plugs have a tab that needs depressing whilst levering them out of the loom socket.
New door loom is fitted from inside the door and fed into the pillar area.
Take a pic of the routing before stripping it out of the door. The clips are single use.
New door loom will cost about £106.00 from the main dealer.
Can of switch cleaner is £5.99 from Maplin.
