Aux heater won't start..

Hi.

2013 custom 125ps. milage 88000km

Aux heater won't start.. What may be the problem? is there possible to restart it?

Do you mean the Eberspächer? It won't start when you have less than I think 16ltr of fuel left in your tank. That's to make sure you don't have any fuel left after you've startet the heater. So check your fuel level.

And battery, Eber should not start if the batterylevel is low
