Custom seat trim

Postby kazoo_u » Thu Apr 19, 2018 2:04 pm

Ive just bought a tourneo with leather torino medium stone (i think its called) seats. It currently has a double passenger but ive got some single passenger seats without any fabric/leather trim. Does anyone know if the seat trim is available to order separately or if there is some one that does retrieving in oem leather? Or does anyone with a single passenger in leather want to do a swap for a double? Thanks in advance.

You can buy a genuine seat cover from Ford, I'd think the base and back are available seperately. We used to recover seats all the time and once you've got the seat out of the vehicle, they're "fairly easy to strip down and recover.

Costs on new leather trim for the seat from stealers...
Back cover £339
Seat cover £318
Headrest £124
Armrest £78
So it will probably be cheaper to find a swap deal or retrim the whole lot in a custom set!

Ouch! Have you tried an upholsterer, maybe they could get a close match and make a cover up?
