New model - roof vents

Happy to report picked up my 2018 300 Limited in diffuse silver. Colour growing on me. I am new to transits so can’t compare but this van is very good. I particularly like the entertainment system. Question for anyone - I want to make some minimally destructive stealth updates to my van for the odd night out camping and sleeping in the cargo space. Objective number 1 is to get ventilation and natural light into the cargo space - stealthily. To that end I don’t want to put windows in sides or rear but on top instead but unlike other makes there is a spar going right down the centre of the van. Has anyone put roof windows in before and have any tips?
