What info do you need specifically? I'm guessing that the euro 6 bcm is the same as the euro 5 but possibly a different pcm.
Might both be different but I don't see why.

Paul or Dave will know part numbers though.

You need to download the BEMM manual for your year's Custom.

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q ... Icz6_C6crF

Now click on "I accept these conditions" then select the manual

eg "2018.5 Custom"

Now search for BCM in the manual and it should answer all your questions plus many, many more......
I've rebuilt a Defender, several motorcycles and quite a bit to both a Mk6 & 7 Transit. Now bought a new Custom and just doing a few small bits to it.

Won't the 18.5 be the new shape custom? But yes anyway bemm will help you.

In the mean time is this any good?

Yes but I was just using that as an example..... However the 2018.5 manual's electrics all match my April 2018 Transit :)

Also.....

One thing to watch out for is that a lot of the stuff in the BEMM relates to OPTIONAL additional wiring looms/optional upgrades/different trim levels etc. I spent ages looking for a connector which would have be really very useful but my van just didn't have.

I have done a thread relating the the VIC "vehicle interface connector" and adding the additional customer fuses at the side of the driver's seat. Having added an additional battery as per the BEMM spec for a tertiary battery my customer fuses are now set up as ignition live from tertiary battery and two permanent lives from the tertiary battery. It's a useful manual.

Yes I've noticed that a few times, although I've yet to do any work on the mk8/custom bcm and so I don't know how the connector/pin numbering works :-( mk7 was as you know c1 etc pin 1 etc.
How they are numbered on the bcm I don't know.

Although going from the fact that all of the diagrams are like layers, I wouldn't be surprised if you actually interact with them online with etis.?

Who knows?

Hi there guys on page 163 of the Ford BEMM there is mention of the connection I need to get on Pins 4 and 5 and they refer to a Connector C2-1 (Figure E169183 - Item A but I cant seem to find figure E169183 there is a picture above on page 162 that shows some connections under the drivers seat this picture has a E201841 which I would not expect the have the door lock wires under the seat ?

I’m on my phone at the moment but you may find that not all vehicle have all the connectors I spent ages looking for a particular connector that I later found was part of an optional upgrade!

Does anyone know where there is a 2016 custom wiring diagram?
