Problem with horn - Transit Custom 13 plate

Hi guys, new to the forum but hoping someone can help.

Basically, whenever I press the horn or when the horn sounds if a door is open and I try to lock it, the sound is pathetic. Like it's really struggling. Imagine an airhorn that's running out of gas - same thing.
If I'm trying to let someone know a light had changed to green and give them a little toot, they don't even hear it.

Anyone have any ideas? It's driving me mad.

I do not know how they are placed but it could be water in it or bad connection.
