Rear parking sensor issue

Hi lads. I am having a issue with my rear parking sensors. When putting my van in reverse they have stopped coming on automatically. Meaning I have to press the button to get them to operate. Does anyone know what may of caused this thanks rich

Now it’s stopped beeping all together?
