Folding Mirrors not working

I have got a Tourneo Custom 2014 the mirrors will fold in but they will not fold back out. I can manually push them out but they are loose. I have done the mirror reset but no difference. Ford have suggested that it's the body control module but considering the price I don't want to change it unless sure that it is that.

Any wiring diagram for them?

Any ideas on what it is?

Check the multiplug on the door pillar for corrosion of the terminals

Sorry Rob, mine always worked ok, but there have been a few questions asked about your issue. I’m afraid it’s just a case of searching the forum for some ideas.
