brake bulb fault

hi guys,
My ford custom is coming up with an error brake lamp bulb fault. the rear passenger bulb/light is out when the brakes are applied .Ive changed it for a new one still dont work checked fuses. Measures the voltage and it shows 0v. is that because of the fault ? or have i got a break in my wiring

This happened to my 2014 Tourneo. Same side. A whole new black bulb holder sorted it. Can’t remember if I bought it or if it was a warranty job.
