Gloss front bumper grill and fog light surrounds

I seen a few front bumper plastics painted in a gloss colour and wondered can you buy the fog light surrounds and grill glossed from factory or do people get them laquered or something?

These part where sanded to to get rid of some of the texture with 320 grit ,plastic primed , 2k highbuild primer followed with base coat then clearcoat this is with proper euquipment not rattle cans

The models with the adaptive cruise control come with a gloss black grill for some reason , not sure why
