Customs don't have a standard OBD11 port they have a GVM - Gateway Module A (Smart Diag Link Connector) instead.
There you will find the following networks :-
HS1-CAN - High Speed 1
HS2-CAN - High Speed 2
HS3-CAN - High Speed 3
MS1-CAN - Medium Speed 1
Playing around with those you may end up with
U0146 Lost Communication With Gateway A - & a non runner
Hi there Paul these are for a Directed DB3 all bypass for a clifford alarm install
Directed DB3 is a immobiliser bypass for remote start & door locking
Unfortunately not compatible for Transit Custom according to manufacturer.
Module is aimed at the USA vehicle market.
If you buy one of these DB3 units online from Amazon / Ebay etc, what they don't tell you.
Only an
AUTHORISED DEALER can flash the module with correct firmware for your vehicle.

As from January 2017 Only Authorised Dealer's can log into Directechs site to download firmware & flash modules.
Loads of people including those who purchased the XpressKit XKLOADER2 were Pi**ed off over Directechs actions.
This is why you can by them cheaply starting from £28.
If installing yourself. Forget any Directechs modules, they are unusable - Unless your willing to spend $2000 per quarter to become a Authorised Dealer
