No sound from the radio etc.

Hello I have a 2017 Trend. The audio on the van has suddenly stopped working for some reason. Everything works it’s just that there’s no sound. It was fine the last time I used the van however this morning nothing. Then at lunchtime I got in the van and it’s working again….but tonight it’s not. I have read online that it could be some to do with the audio control module however there doesn’t seem to be that much info relating to the Transit. Does anyone have any info on how to test it, where do I take it and can I get it fixed.
