2019 Ex AA Stereo upgrade

Hi all,

I have searched on here but cannot get a simple answer.

I have a 2019 Ex AA custom, with the 4" screen with the 6 buttons to the side and want to upgrade to Sync 2.5 or Sync 3.
I have got my hands on a fiesta screen with the same part number as the custom one.
Can anyone tell me if the cables in my van are sufficient, or do I need any extras?
Also, I'm assuming the actual head unit will need changing too.

Can anyone give me part numbers and/or sources for all I will need please.
I realise it will probably need to be coded in, but I am planning on doing that myself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I understand @Ake has done this - I have messaged him but have not had a reply as yet.
