1997 LWB hightop semiprofessional camper van conversion

Hello all. I’m a new member here and am here to see if there is any interest in my purple 1997 LWB hightop tranny, it was converted on the Isle of Man as bike van, we bought it a couple years ago and put sled dog crates in it to travel round racing and show the dogs, currently has some mechanical issues, not sure what they are. All though I have been told could be an injector.

What I can tell you is what we have had done to it when we got it we spent about £3500 making her road worthy

All new brake pipes
Had the bottom 12” all round the van removed and new panels put on
New wheel Arch’s
New master cyclinder
Reconditioned alternator
Replaced most of the flurecent lighting with led strips
New battery
New leisure battery
Clutch serviced and rebuilt
New cam belt
Replaced both front brake calipers and all pipes and flexi hoses

Inside there is 12v sockets throughout and 240 hook up
Double ring burner and grill
Sink and cold water pump
Good sized bed I’m 6.1 and sleep comfy on it (space for further seating or bed once dog crates removed (currently double bed on top of dog crates)
Two side windows with viser and mosquito nets.
Split charge relay

Bad bits
Rear doors need replacing they close and lock but need some serious TLC
as said earlier could be an injector problem but I’m no mechanic
Sat with three flat tyres
Hasn’t moved in 12 months other half was pregnant and we didn’t get use of it

This is in no way a pristine van but is very comftiable.

We have spent 3 years with it I think traveling up and down the county racing and showing dogs but the arrival of a child means we need something bigger.
