Wanted MK1 Transit

I'm looking for a nice tidy and very solid mk1 Transit, preferably a twin wheel van but might consider a single wheel van. Must be a tax exempt one and I don't mind if its diesel or petrol although would prefer a diesel one but its not critical. Don't mind if its an imported one either as quite often they are in far better condition than a uk one. Don't mind modified either as long as its tasteful. Budget around £3,500-4,000 but may stretch to £5,000 if its really nice or something a little special. Don't really want any projects as I have done enough over the years and no longer have the time for full blown projects anymore. I've missed out on a couple of nice ones lately so hopefully I will find one I like.

You will be very lucky to find a good lwb MK1 for that money, there may be some swb but MK1's command some good money these days. A well clean MK1 swb just sold for 11k.

I've not actually taken delivery of it just yet as its making its way from Germany as we speak. As soon as it arrives I'll post some pics up.
