I am searching for my old Transit Van, any info on its whereabouts would be greatly appreciated.
I sold it because i was terribly sick at the time with Ross River Fever.
Id like to track it down and buy it back if possible as im sure its still out there.
Its a 1974 MK1 Manual SWB Van No windows in the side panels had NSW registration plates on it.
Colour is Blue/Grey with a red n black stripe down the side and a white front grill.
Lots of surface rust which i used to keep oiled.
Sliding front doors.
Sunvisor
It had one unmissable feature a BlackBoard painted on to rear doors and was last seen in the Sunshine Nth Industrial Area.
I sold it to a guy called Jo who exports Vans to the UK but apparently mine was not good enough so he let it go out of registration and sold it on to a guy called Chris Apparently.
Im happy to pay top dollar to buy it back for sentimental reasons only and any info on the van or its whereabouts would be greatly appreciated.
The van is nothing special but i had some of the best times of my life in her and she saved my life too, kinda like an old girlfriend of mine...
I am the last registered owner and the van is still currently unregistered for many many years so hoping its still out there.
