Hi , I have a 1972 MK1 Transit Parcel/Laundry van in need of serious restoration. We have had the old girl for 20 years but unfortunately we neglected her over the last 10! We had planned to restore her but alas we do not have the time or money to do so now. As she stands, the front end pannels have been removed to assess the damage underneath. Shes very rusty and needs extensive plate welding. The chassis is fine, nice and solid as the whole back of her is fibre glass. We have all the replacement front end parts including, Bullnose bonnet, Grill, skuttle pannel, 2 metal front wings, Bumper and brand new front bumper back pannel and new leaf spring hanger. The windscreen has been removed for work to be carried out and rubber was perished. The windscreen is in perfect condition. We would love serious transit fanatic to take her on and bring her back to life, as we would have liked! If anyone is interested I can post pictures of how she is now, with pictures of all the spare parts to follow. We had great times in her, as she was fitted as a campervan. Interior has been ripped out now ready for a revamp...thanks for looking. In Southern Ireland on Uk plates
