SWB Wanted for European Adventure

Postby Jakeyboy » Wed Mar 26, 2014 1:49 pm

Hello All - I am looking for a Transit for my son who is going on extended travels to Europe. I am looking for a SWB panel body. It needs to be reliable with some MOT. I am pretty handy with refurbing but don't want anything that is a wreck. I am looking at paying around £2,000.

Go for a Mk 5, much less likely to go wrong.

Perfection is reached, not when there's nothing left to add, but when there's nothing left to remove.

Sorry for delay, I don't really know the ins and outs of Mk5 vs Mk6 so any info would be greatly appreciated.
