Mk 5 (1995) Luton Breaking

Postby alexwhitelights » Fri May 24, 2013 6:28 pm

Hi all,

It appears that the diff has gone on my LWB 1995 2.5l non-turbo luton. I need to upgrade to something a little newer and don't need anything so big anymore so wanted to offer her up here to see what the response was and whether it's worth breaking her or just weighing her in. As usual the underside isn't in great nick but the engine runs clean and tidy, first time, every time starter with no smoke etc. I'm based in Exeter so give me a shout if you want to come eye any bits up. Reg is N680 PVV, she has 120,000 on the clock but the speedo stopped working about a year ago and I'm pretty certain that's not really an accurate figure!
Cheers all,
Alex

Does it have the twin wheel rear axle?

If so how much for the front hubs and front wheels?

Also after the interior sound deadening mat that covers the cab floor?

Pm me if you want!

Thanks

Tom
