Hi BigNiel
Did you get my p.m. reply ?, it came up as sent them immediately with 'Internal Server Error' and now my machine is VERY slow. I have emailed Luke with the error message, but have no idea if my reply to you went, if its my machine, if its the internet (we been having connection failiures quite a lot lately).
Thanks

Hi BJH
The hooks shown on the straps in the picture won't cope with 10 ton.
I'll have to get back to you (again) sorry, may be later today, probably the morning now.
Thanks

This idea works but when the centre block from the pallet comes flying at you like a missile just remember to duck.

Hi tdb9
Obviously a little common sense is needed, I did say if its a heavy pallet go right round, alternatively if it was a bit 'iffy' go round all 3 front supports & use the 'floating' D ring. If I was in any doubt about it I would thread the hook through behind the (say) right hand front support then out round the centre side support, up a little at each rear corner down through between the left side centre and front support out between the front left and front centre support then into the loose D ring. This way it should be safe enough 5 supports to break before a problem, pulling from the rear should (ever so slightly) raise the front to reduce the chance of snagging, which you could also do by raising the pulling fixing site height. Where theres a will theres a way. I am not pretending these are the be all to end all, just they make a problem job a bit easier and hopefully safer too.

Hi Terry, are you still selling the pallet puller? I'd certainly be interested if you are.
I just joined this forum specifically to look into your pullers so I don't know how to contact you directly.

sorry to piss on your parade but the health and safety requirement for a pallet puller will not allow a strap of any sort as the strap is under tension when pulling the pallet. As said by some one else if the block on the pallet lets go you have a catapult.
an xtract-a-bar is the proper tool all ce approved ect. mine cost £375.00 back in 2006. But the block if it fails is never under tension.
