I've ordered one from the link above. Just been trying to get the old one off this morning, but it's not budging! Is it normal to be this tight and would a little WD40 help it along?

Cheers

It is tight, if it helps take the rail off and put it in a vice.

They are always tight.Use a long extension on a spanner and give it a sharp jolt.It will go.

Got it off finally!! Quick question lads? The old didn't come off with a washer? Any ideas which side the new washer will go? Fuel rail side or leak off pipe side?
Cheers

Look inside the rail the washer will be in there, there is a thin 1 for in the rail and a thicker 1 for the other end, when refitting the pipe end doesn't want over tightening, ideally get it torqued up properly.

Was the prv exploded when you removed it btw?

No the old one came out in one piece but I've replaced it anyway. I bought and installed the leak off pipe too, it was cheap enough. It's my last attempt to try and fix this hunting, stalling and power holding back at 1500rpm. Numerous post on here have suggested PRV and PCM update so I'm going with that. Changed EGR, changed Fuel filter housing because of air in the clear fuel pipe and cleaned MAF sensor but the problems ain't gone. Hope this attempt works.....
