2006 85 260 2.0 d stutters at 2000 revs don't go over 65

My van struggling thought it might be injectors as I see diesel on top so gonna change injectors and seals but van has other issues like dash clusters comes on and off it feels like it runs fine just stutters then struggles up hills can anyone help hope its injectors as I've ordered them

Try a fuel filter first.
