Danniboy is looking for vacuum control system for VGT turbo (it is tdci) and EGR valve.

O.k. - I went to my Mk6 2,0 tdci, it is the same injection system as in Mk6 2,4 tdci and I looked for vacu pipes.
I think - it is big chance, you have exactly the same vacu system.
Are two vacu electrovalves. First has green electric plug and works for VGT turbo, second has black electric plug and works for EGR. It is impossible to exchange both plugs on wrong place.
Both electrovalves are looking identically, every one has three connection terminals for vacu pipes.
Vacu pipe from central terminal on valve with green plug, is connected to turbo servo.
Vacu pipe from central terminal on valve with black plug, is connected to EGR servo. This pipe is black with white stripe.
Outside terminals are connected together to vacu pump and to vacu bunker under weendscreen. Once I had broken pipe going to bunker and engine was very poor.
Opposite terminals on valves are also connected together to air filter.
Its all.
