Has it been spun my mark 7

Just a query that I wanted to run past people on here. I bought my mark 7 09 plate 12 months ago off a van dealer, happy with it in general to be honest. One thing I noticed when I done an mot check the other day on it to see when it was due, was the previous mileage noted for each mot
June 2012- 78,182
July 2013- 19,610
June 2014- 92,765
June 2015- 98,262
June 2016- 103,290
Feb 2017- 105,973

I cant understand why the drop in July 2013 ? I phoned DVLA, they said it must of been the wrong numbers put in accidentally by the MOT inspector???? What do you's think ??????

I would agree with that. The rest show a pretty consistent useage each year.

I would agree too.
The only other possibility is that a "new" speedo was fitted, and was mileage corrected after that MOT. I did this with mine, but had it corrected before the next MOT, so that it didn't look odd on the history
