Well today I welded in a new NSF rear arch, found small hole behind it so plated it.

Wire brushed underneath the NS Sill and painted in navy blue gloss

Finished filling and smoothing the welded in patch on the OSR

MOT time soon ,then a new clutch as since I swopped out the EDIS and turned up boost a bit its slipping, but to be fair it does light up the rear tyres in second which is nice

Took the shoes off today and cleaned/lubed the "self adjusters".
washed the back plate off with thinners and decontaminated the braking material, then put it back together.
Sat watching bubbles going through the pipe during the initial bleeding and noticed a brown spot on the chassis.
SO
I gave it a poke with the screwdriver.
Guess what.
I found a hole

refitted the repaired alternator (£61.80) new brushes/regulator.
bled the brakes fully now the servo is working.
cleaned and welded the hole that had disguised itself as a brown patch on the chassis.

gotgcoalman, you gave an excellent idea of fixing the pistons of the brake cylinder plastic tie!
I almost finished assembling the motor without a head.
I will give this engine to a friend who gave me two fuel pumps.
He already drove a car to Kiev from Odessa.

With the sun shinning, I went out and changed the cambelt (Gates) power steering fluid, oil an filter change plus air and fuel filters. Tomorrow will be new rear shoes and cylinders. All good once again.
