Just waiting for someone to do something for the MK7 2.2 130 - I am getting fed up with the loss of grunt just below 1,000rpm, causes a lot of embarrasing stalls.

Bluefin will be available in the next few weeks, they have been doing one this week.

just got my mk7 85 chipped at super chip, it put it up to 136 and put the torque up to 307nm, it cost me nothing cus they used my van to try it on. :D :D :D :D :D

8) Sounds like a huge increase from 85, what's your verdict then?

:) im very sceptical about these hugh power gains, Stu you know someone on here blew up there mk7 after having it remapped dont you ?? the 85 ps mk7 has different internals in the engine to a 110 and 130 ps, they have oil spraying to the bores the 85 dosent, how do you think it will cope in the long term !! :o

the sportvan engine started to rattle it didnt go bang, ford garage who replaced it said it was a manufacturing fault and would have gone sooner or later and at the time (april)they had done 3 this year as i bought the vw as a used demo it has done a few miles already and i dont rape it off the line jst use the power when already moving, i have had so many motors tuned its in the blood and i am not going to stop now :lol:

when they put it on the rolling befor they chipped it, it was putting out 94 bhp, it goes well up to 105 and stops but i rang super chip you and they working on a way around the limiter

would agree go martyn he has done a great job of mine est about 204 it now goes like a train, and martyn knows his stuff
