By the way, i went to check this place out. If your in the Midlands and you need spares, this place is great. They had a great selection out front and even more round the back. They even had a newish iveco in pieces just in view round the back.

Visited The Transit center to get a qoute on a repaclement heater fan, come to £88, thats with VAT and includes fitting. Also got a qoute for power steering, £250 fitted, which my gaffer is now thinking about :D :D

By the way, was originally qouted £400 by the garage that looks after our fleet

Very helpful, clever guys at the Transit Center.

I've used these guys a few times now for repairs, great prices, great service and all work done has been fine. Looks a bit scruffy when you turn up there but don't let it put you off!

Went over to see these guys again yesterday and asked them to investigate a noise in my suspension. Two guys took it for a drive and spent 45 mins poking around with a crowbar trying to locate the problem but couldn't find anything worn to cause the noise so concluded it was at least safe. They didn't charge me a penny and didn't 'make up' a problem do get a quick job. Again these guys showed excellent service.

These guys have looked after my mk2 ci camper for the last 3 years.I took it to many places for an MOT prep when i first had it and was told that the king pin had gone on the drivers side and the springhangers and crossmember needed welding. No body wanted to touch it to much hard work it seems.Went to see the lads and was told no problem did the welding, kigpins and the MOT and charged me £300 all in.Its gone back to them ever since ive popped in for bits and bobs and they ant even charged me.Dont expect it to be done straight away thou thay can be a bit half soaked but they are worth a go if they cant fix it they know someone who can.No job to big or small AAA+++

More good feedback for the transit center. I've always used these guys on and off over the years and now I've got my new van they have been a big help.
Massive selection of new and used parts, hard to find stuff and a massive knowledge on any transit model.
Pete is on the forum, I would strongly recommend getting in touch if you need parts, very helpful and friendly.

Picked up a jumbo with a few issues
Rang Transit centre for approx quotes as paying in cash.
Alternator supply n fit 70 quid
Central locking not unlocking doors 70 quid
Reverse light not functioning 20 quid
And supply a used headlight (self install)
Dropped off at Cafe had breakfast and returned
To learn it's was all fixed.
Ready for this ??
Alternator - loom plug mackerel / they replaced
Central locking - remote fob / they replaced
Reverse light - broken wire n new fuse
The bill = 20 quid all in.....
Bloody great service
