I have a P reg one with 81,000 genuine miles, MOT Feb 2012, 5 Months tax, Good solid body & cab

Why a MK3? The shorter wheelbase means you exceed the rear axle load for sure, unless the chassis has been extended. Best would be a MK6 LWB with a blown engine wouldn't it for your money's worth?
My Mk5 was biodegradable and disintegrated with time.
