Check to see if you can hear the pump working in the washer bottle. It could be frozen.

The washer bottle is usually behind either left or right side of the front bumper. The pump should just pull straight out of the reservoir. There will be a 2 pin plug and either 1 or 2 clear pipes going to the jets (2 pipes if it supplies the rear wash wipe on single piece back door) pull the 2 pin plug out and use a voltmeter or testlight, to check for power when you operate the washer switch. If there IS power you need a new pump! hope this helps! :D

this just happened or has it been like this a while

if not enough %age of screen washer fluid in water the pump may just be frozen and not working

Pour some hot water in the filler, leave for a while, try again, if it's frozen that'll often thaw it.

you can flick the motor out from underneath, can be a bit messy :) check the wiring loom where its tied to the bottle but usually the pump. Screen wash used to clog the filter up in the bottle so you cant really win

mate mines also done it no sound or anything usually its just that the pump is also frozen try removing the bottle and put it in a warm bowl of water if its frozen that should thaw it out but dont be tempted to put antifreeze for the engine in as it will do the window seals and wiper blades no good

hi guys, just checked this with my brothers van. Checked the pump totally melted, went got a replacement one from scrappers, as soon as it was installed, and turned the key, the pump goes non stop, whether stalk switch is on or not. so is the switch a common faulty problem? im gonna check the feed going in in the morning, was just wondering if its a common problem and is there a how to on how to change a stalk?

cheers.

Try unplugging the switch first.
