Radio problem

Hi i wonder if someone could help me please :)
I have a connect t230l 2008 fitted with a ford 6000cd
My problem is on the display "phone" keeps coming up, when this happens nothing will work, i can't even turn it off or on :(

If you have the stereo code, disconnect it for a few hours, or disconnect the battery for a few hours to reset it

You will need the serial number off the back of the radio if it starts with an M then post it here viewtopic.php?f=40&t=59769&p=810355&hilit=radio+code#p810355 if it starts with a V then you need to speak to Ford

i can get v codes but will need the part number and serial number off the unit

Ok this might sound dumb but have you pressed the phone button on the face? Have you switched off your bluetooth on your phone?

Any advice is good, it might help someone else :)
i keep thinking it might be dover customs fault, it was never the same when they ripped my van apart :( all because i could not remmber the little town in germany i went to :oops:
