Look in here for details of the fourms weekend makeover project. We will be doing a Transit restoration project over a few weekends and auctioning it off for charity once completed. Everyone is welcome to come along and take part.

we haven't got a date sorted yet billy but it's looking like were getting all the bits together now :D

hang onto the bumper for now if you would but we really want the AlanN front bumper that he made - it'll be a real shame not to have that on the van after the work he put in on it :D

door cards are nearly done i think as i helped dad do them, we took the old fabric off and mounted the new fabric on the board, just makes it look neate,r just need to cut the holes for handles and stuff :)

Don't cut the winder holes yet mate, we might be going electric :D

A rear numberplate lamp may be useful! I took one off my van for the last build!
Gaffa tape is like "the force" - it has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the universe together.

There's nothing that shouts "Poor Workmanship" more than wrinkles in the Gaffer tape.....

well i've just got 2 electric mirrors - i think they are heated aswell as motorised :D but 1 has glass missing and neither have backs :roll: but we can have them for the van - i should have the wiring to go to them too :D volenteer to wire them in :?: :idea: :lol:

and i've also got the drivers 1/4 light (not sure if its allready been donated but i have 1 either way) :D

Im going to take the sheets of ply out of my van today, getting in the way a lot :wink: Ill have to stack it around the side of the house and hope the weather is kind :roll:
