8 spokes and A bar

Postby sidspop » Mon Jun 04, 2012 11:26 am

Having had my van off the road for two years, I have finally reallised that it will most probably never see the road again. I have some bits that need to go, they are just taking up space, and somebody else can probably use them more than me.

4 off 8 spokes, bought as Transit. 14". I had no reason to doubt the bloke I had them off, and will happily check the pcd. 3 of the tyres 8mm of tread, otwo have 6mm of tread. The rims have been stood for ages and have gone very rusty, so they will need to be shotblasted and painted.

The other thing is an A bar, stainless. Fitted with a couple of angel eye spots. These are cheapo chinese things with surface rust, but should polish off. Made a couple of Heath Robinson brackets off the bumper, to some holes that were already there, and mounted on to chassis underneath.

Looking for £100 for the wheels. Offers invited for the A bar. Collection preffered, I don't really want to be messing about with couriers. I am close to West Brom.

Andy. PM me if interested, so I can get an email reminder.

Do the wheels all have the same off set or are 2 deeper than the other 2?
Cheers.

All the same. From hub to inside of rim is 100mm near as dammit. Hub to outer is 92 ish. PCD appears to be 160mm. Hope this helps.

I know you said you wasnt interested in using a courier but i'd be happy to make an offer on the A Bar if you would be prepared to wrap it etc? Or are you coming North Weald at all? If so i could meet you there and give you good old pound notes.

Also if anyone else is coming down for North weald and wouldn't mind chucking it in? Contribution to your beer fund............... :D :D
