Think all lpg's have this problem.
Guy for the engine shop guessed it was a head from a lpg vehicles, saying they all do it.

Been told not to run it all the time on lpg

Probably can read & write it by OBD , but not sure on gains , it being normally aspirated, i have only tuned dual fuel mk6's .. will phone a friend & see if i can get any feedback from someone who has tuned them.. what are the engine details exactly , ps, cc etc?

Cool, the very same.,. thats good.. someone suggested a 130 throttle body & some hot cams in combination with a remap gives good gains.. will find out what can be had from remapping alone.. SCHIPS are quoting around 10ps & 10nm's i believe...

Spent the whole day on blingbus 2 today.
Got it all back together and up and running.

Think the timing is slightly out

No not really, got lots of silly offer and dreamer.

Well checked the timing yesterday, was slightly out on 1 cam.
Have done that now up and running spot on.

Fitted a set of sportvan sideskirts and started to make a huge front splitter.

Started stripping the sportvan down, removing all my coilovers rear shocks and strut brace
