when and where was it nicked , did they get the keys , if not there must be a how to nick a transit van,the mcgiver method, using everyday things that can be found in your kitchen ,video on youtube .coz theres loads going missing .

Sorry to hear youve had ya van nicked......mine went a few weeks back but turned up the next morning. There are more and more transits going missing unfortunatly.

Local dealer was telling me about a local council that have had 6 stolen.

Looks like we are all going to have to fork out for additional security

It seems to be that it is easy to pick the ford locks, can't we just change the main drivers door lock for as security lock that fits and works the same as a ford one but with a different type of key.

Does any one know the shape and size of the origanal lock and a pic of the lock so we can start looking for a new lock.

looks like on that site they also suggsting people been gettin in via rear door loom :shock:

glad i got slam locks and steering wheel is in rear!!

Sucks man! I live around the basildon area and have had mudflaps, mirror glasses and the PLASTIC bit from my number plate light nicked.......
