I have a pair of aftermarket sliders... BUT in order to get the 2nd one (non SLD one) I would need to fix that area on my van to put my genuine ones in.

I *might* be able to get a pair of genuine non sliders at the weekend

Proper mounting = M12 bolt through floor with 100 x 100 x 8mm steel spreader plate underneath

I don't know the seller of those seats, I just looked for ones nearby on ebay

What you are looking for is "Unwin Tracking" e.g. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UNWIN-TRACKIN ... 2320b6fa05
Gaffa tape is like "the force" - it has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the universe together.

There's nothing that shouts "Poor Workmanship" more than wrinkles in the Gaffer tape.....

when she is wet she looks fantastic as it's all the same colour, a few hours polishing she will look amazing, I wish I could do it but it kills me to hold the polisher,

You have done a wonderful job on that van fella.

Shame we won't be seeing you and it at Mania.

Enjoy your weekend!

Got all the bits it's just making that first cut with the angle grinder, once I make that first move there's no going back and ill be on my merry way with your very informative posts to follow. Ahhh yes I remember hovvering over the van for quite a while pondering the first cut :!: the worst bit was trying to work out where to cut the sill for the arch, too long or short and the door won't fit or line up, if you leave the sill in tact and cut all the arch away then you can offer up the new bit and line it up and mark it out, I should really have put the door back on and made sure but I just went for it and thankfully I didn't get it wrong, lining it all up probably took more time than welding in  probably me making doubly sure as I didn't want to get it wrong :!: give your panels a good coat of hammerite or something on the inside too I did it and am hoping it'll keep the rust back for longer, the paint on the new panels is very thin primer and will let moisture in, I have seen so many people do all this work only to find the rust returns very soon and you have to do it all over again,,,
need any help, just ask, if your near me and your van's not a high top you can even rent my shed and use my tools for a small fee,
best panels were hadrian the other ones I got needed lots of mods to fit, and if I did it again I'd change the whole wing as think it would save lots of time and filler :!:
cheers guys

anyone ever changed front brake hoses I'm not sure how to do this?
