Governed / restricted 3302.4 transit question

Postby Stephenwilliamwatts » Fri Sep 28, 2012 10:25 pm

I picked up a old rac transit. Very please but one question, when I am driving it I reach 70mph and it stops pulling. It's not a real problem as I guess it stops me from speeding.
Question
Is it easy to remove the restriction.?
Is it best to leave it restricted?

Does it not do then 70mph down hill as well?

Reason I ask some people think their van is restricted but in fact they have a high ratio towing diff.
