200ps hiab truck fault codes

Wondered if someone can help I've nearly finished building my 200ps hiab tipper and coming to the last hurdle and now the thing won't start.... it started and ran for about 3 seconds then rattled for a second then cut out and now won't start. Fault codes are
P1293 high injector bank1
P1294high injector bank2
P062b module injector control unit something
Guy who plugged it in said I need a new ECU but thought I'd ask here first for second opinion as 3.2 ECU will take some finding I think second hand

Broken wire in the plug near fuse box under bonnet,the oblong one taped to main engine loom.

Was it difficult getting the old ambulance body of the chassis ?
