2005 Connect boot lock

I’m currently carrying out some repairs on my connect and I’m replacing the worn keys and complete door lock set, the problem I’ve got is the rear door is a tailgate and not the usual double doors so the lock is different. It looks like the lock/barrel itself if shorter than the usual one so it can fit in the cavity with enough space. Fords no longer sell it as it’s been discontinued and at the moment it’s the only lock that hasn’t been changed.

Any one have any ideas where I’d get the lock/barrel so I can replace the worn one. I can replace all the wafers inside to fit my key so that’s not a problem but I need the actual lock itself.
