Flywheel required 1994 2.5D

We use a 2.5 diesel engine 1approx year 1994 (The banana smiley engine) and the flywheel has seperated itself from the end of the crankshaft. Would anybody know where i can find a replacemnet flywheel

Is it the flywheel broken, flywheel bolts broken or the crank broken..?? Strange either way.

I had this happen on a Morris Minor years ago, the bolts worked loose and the flywheel was banging about making 'big ends gone' noises but still driving and changing gear fine.
I pulled the engine to fit a replacement and saw the loose flywheel so just refitted it with new bolts and tab washers and was good as gold from then on.

I definately have a spare flywheel which would suit - but as above thats a very rare issue... are you sure its the problem?
